Science and What We Need to Know
-Boiling point of water
-stockpot
-colander that fits into the stockpot
-water tight seal between colander and stockpot shell
-handles that attach to the rotating shell
-track that allows the shell to rotate

Construction
-find a usable stockpot
-craft a to be colander that fits perfectly into the stockpot shell
-create the water tight seal somehow (Don't know yet)
-drill holes into sides of the pot and colander base to create the draining feature
-place a feature to lock that position into place, rotate the shell and create another lock feature that holds that position for cooking
-possibly create a track that makes rotating the shell rotation easier
